Water temperature of closed cooling tower for medium frequency furnace
Under normal operating conditions of the intermediate frequency furnace, the inlet temperature of the intermediate frequency furnace must not exceed 35 degrees Celsius, and the outlet temperature of the intermediate frequency furnace must not exceed 55 degrees Celsius. If the outlet water temperature of the closed cooling tower is too high, that is, the inlet water temperature of the intermediate frequency furnace is too high, then the cooling system of the intermediate frequency furnace needs to be repaired and adjusted in time. Reasons for excessively high water temperature of IF furnace:
- The outlet hole of the water distribution pipe of the closed cooling tower of the intermediate frequency furnace is blocked, causing a bias flow. Blockage and bias flow will affect the outlet water speed and water distribution quality, reduce the effect of water-gas heat exchange, and cause the outlet water temperature to be too high. The blockage in the water distribution pipe (distribution tank) should be removed in time to make the flow in the water distribution pipe smooth and the water distribution rate and effect return to normal.
- The amount of circulating working water in the closed cooling tower of the intermediate frequency furnace is too large, which may be caused by the increase in the load of the host, or it may be caused by the valve operation error. Excessive circulating water will cause the thermal performance of the cooling tower system to decrease, and the performance of important indicators such as the water temperature and cooling capacity of the tower will decrease.
If the amount of circulating water caused by the excessive load of the host is too large, it should be solved by replacing the cooling tower corresponding to the technical indicators such as the required tonnage and cooling capacity. If the amount of circulating water is too large due to incorrect operation of the valve, directly adjust the valve to the appropriate amount of water.
- The ventilation of the closed cooling tower of the intermediate frequency furnace is insufficient. The quality of the flowing air in the closed cooling tower determines the effect of water-gas heat exchange. In the case of insufficient ventilation in the tower, the performance of water-gas heat exchange decreases accordingly.
- The air in and out of the closed cooling tower of the intermediate frequency furnace is not smooth or short-circuited, resulting in abnormal air inlet and outlet conditions, which can affect the wind effect and heat energy discharge in the tower, resulting in excessive water temperature in the tower. If there is a problem of poor air intake and outlet, the cause should be quickly identified to restore the air flow path
- The temperature of the inlet water of the closed cooling tower dedicated to the intermediate frequency furnace is too high, which will increase the heat load of the system. Under the full load operation state of the cooling tower system, the cooling capacity still cannot meet the temperature drop requirement, and the water temperature of the tower is too high. If the inlet water temperature is too high, the chiller should be checked in time to find out the cause and solve it in time.
