Product Manual
- Adopt special magnetic circuit design, with big magnetism. The coil is made of aluminum wire, and the coil protection plate is made of rolled high manganese steel. Light weight, low energy consumption, large lifting weight and long service life.
- The insulation structure is reasonable. Insulation treatment uses vacuum drying and vacuum glue filling, which improves the electrical and mechanical properties of the coil. The heat-resistant grade of the insulating material can reach the special C grade.
- Adopt constant voltage control mode, if you change to strong magnetic control mode, you can improve the lifting capacity

Product Description
Electric furnace charging car is a vibration feeding device specially designed and developed for melting electric furnace. The car adopts the vibration feeding method, which is convenient to use, stable feeding, can minimize the impact of the material block on the furnace body, and the feeding is more in line with the process requirements.
According to the different walking directions, the electric furnace feeding vehicle can be divided into two types: one-way straight travel and two-way straight travel. One-way straight travel, each electric furnace is equipped with a feeding car. Two-way straight travel, one feeding car can meet the feeding needs of multiple electric furnaces, and the feeding car can move horizontally and vertically.

The program control and the electric furnace melting system are interlocking control systems, with manual and automatic functions. - With emergency stop and over-travel protection. The cable reel is used to retract the power cable, which is safe, stable, convenient and reliable.
- This feeding truck is suitable for the layout of the material warehouse behind the electric furnace, and the feeding truck can be used interchangeably.
- The vibration system has a reliable structure, long service life, easy maintenance, and low-quality rubber springs.
- The tank body and frame adopt special technology, structure and material, and the design is reasonable and reliable, with good rigidity, high strength and long service life.
- The lower part of the blanking opening is designed with heat-resistant steel plate heat insulation rubber pad to reduce oxidative corrosion due to heat.
- The car body and the material trough are made of double-layer steel plates and sound-absorbing rubber plates, and the inner lining is fixed with countersunk bolts, which is easy to disassemble and replace.
- Extend the service life of the electric furnace, reduce the work intensity of the workers and reduce the production cost.
